As much as I want that to be a highfin, the first dorsal ray(s) don't look long enough. Doesn't look like it would reach past the end of the fin if folded down. Head shape looks right, though. Got any close-ups for scale or ray counting?

Yes, if it had the nipple-like bump on the lip, then it's a highfin regardless of the fin length. Fins can erode or be damaged, but the lip bump is diagnostic.
