Notes:
Wow! Caught this while trying for some redhorse for the water cleanup challenge for week five. This fish had been hooked before - there was a deeply taken hook that I couldn't remove without risking harm to the fish. Shout out to the facebook group for the ID help and Graceclaw for the proportions on the third photo. I never thought in a million years I'd have the privilege to catch this fish, let alone in Minnesota waters that I had fished dozens of times before.

Awesome catch! Great to see
Awesome catch! Great to see more Black Buffs in the area, hopefully this is a good sign for the future! Hopefully that old hook becomes encysted or is shed and the fish lives a long life and makes more Black Buffs
