The new site looks SO FABULOUS! I love it! And I'm so glad you've kept the cycling fish images at the top for classic roughfish.com flavor. Can't wait to get my lifelist set up...!!!
No, it uses html. You can click the little image button on the CKEditor toolbar to insert an image, though.
I'll be upgrading the forum in a few months when the compatible software is released. In the meantime, I'm going to try to figure out the stylesheets so I can make the forums more readable.
I don't plan on adding BBCode to the expedition reports. The editor is all you need for that - much better than BBCode and does all the same thing. What is CSS? And why isn't it compatible with the editor?

IF you are having troubles with an avitar make sure it is small enough. 800 by 800 pixels if I remember right
