The Fish Species are broken down into broad groups for easy browsing. These are not taxonomic groups, they're functional groups for fishermen.

This is not a microfishing website. Micro (tiny baitfish) species do not count for contests or for official lifelists. Please take micro fish species listings with a huge grain of salt as none of their identifications should ever be considered official or correct unless done by a professional laboratory.
