awesome fish! Care to share the bait, habitat type, tactics - anything on this catch? That fish is a mystery to most of us here

My son and I were fishing in the Missouri River near Plattsmouth Nebraska.   We were just fishing for sturgeon and carp with nightcrawlers on the bottom and caught this guy by chance.  The bait was out in an eddy right at the edge of where the current gets strong.  It was 32" long and unfortunatly I didn't weigh it before letting it go.  Here is a goolge maps image of where I caught it at if that helps at all.   It was my first Blue Sucker and I wasn't sure what it was at first.  Had to get online to look it up.

That's one of the most beautiful fish I've ever seen! Congratulations on such an amazing catch!

That's cool you shared the spot and how you caught it CBG. Knowing this will really help. Still an extreme challenge though!
