I'm not an expert on these ... but, I think you've caught yourself a River Chub.  I saw a lot of these two weeks ago, couldn't find a single creek chub to the 50+ Rivers I caught.  Pink-ish-blue head and an eye relatively high on it's head

Are there any more pictures? I'm pretty sure it's a creek chub, but I'd have to see a better picture to know for sure.
