Whites have light chin barbels; Channels have pigment at the bases. Whites have more rounded lobes on their tails, often the lower lobe is longer than the upper; Channels have sharper lobes. Whites have a shorter anal fin (22-25 rays, I count 22-23 on yours); Channels (24-32 rays). Even at this size, if you look from the top, a Whites head is broader. It doesn't taper toward the front as much as a Channels. When the fish get bigger Whites develop big heads, sometimes broader than the body. Also big Whites often have baby blue eyes (very cute).
That said, yours is the whitest White I've seen. Usually their backs are gray.

How do you tell those apart from young juvenile channels?
I spent half my money on fishing, gambling, alcohol, women and billiards. The other half I wasted.
