Correct me if i am wrong
You're right on the ID. The spots on the belly put this in the Amazon Sailfin (P. paradis) type group. However, there seems to be a growing consensus that no Florida Sailfin Cat can be ID'd to species because of rampant hybridization of this genus in Florida.
I also have the vermiculated sailfin catfish on my list with the vermiculated pattern on the belly. Should i remove one of the two and put one as a hybrid of the other? Because of how mixed they are
On this site, a hybrid can stand in for either of the parent species. This is a wise policy because it is often impossible to ID fish from photos alone, especially if the parentage is uncertain. In the case of these Sailfin Catfishes, I think you actually do a service to post these as separate species. By showing clear photos of the patterns on the bottom of these fishes, you are helping to document the variation that can be found out there. I recommend including disclaimers with the entries - i.e. that the IDs on this genus can never be certain. Then you're helping to tell the story to whoever is interested.
