Pretty sure this one's a Fallfish, not a Creek Chub. I see sort of a dark spot on the dorsal, but the scales look too big. The range maps show Fallfish to be a little more toward the coastal area of Maryland than Creek Chubs (but they are close).
There's also the size of the fish to consider. If it's big enough to lip like a bass, it's more likely to be a fallfish, even though creek chubs can get to 12 inches.
