Silver Redhorse are getting in the mood, coconut migration is in full swing. We have arrived...

Short session but fast action for Silvers. Males were milting. Also decent White and a half a Coconut. Never know what you are going to catch

I love it when you can fish for horses with a fixed line. Ton of fun!
It is all perspective!

Good to see some beefy silvers showing up in the streams. I bet getting them on the fixed line is awesome.
That's a nice bunch of fish.
The white suckers are just starting to run in my area, but I haven't seen any redhorse yet. It'll be at least another month before the coconut migration starts here.

Man, you ride your worm basket low. Nice horsies and suckers!

ARE YOU SUGGESTING COCONUTS MIGRATE??

Vanner, Nice Python reference
I've caught some strange stuff but I never would have guessed I'd catch a Coconut while fishing. Especially in MN.
I have never caught a coconut, but I've found them along the bank a couple of times.
The most bizarre thing I've ever snagged was a boot. It was bizarre because my brother caught a matching one ten minutes later.

Cool stuff, man!
Good to see you managed to get out and catch some stuff.
That's a mighty fine looking White, too.
Fishn sure is neat
Took a walk the other day, Quillbacks are in full spawning mode right now too
If Quillback are in spawning mode, does that mean they're less likely to be little pricks?
